Klang Valley: KL city centre (including Kepong, Bangsar, Damansara, Mon't Kiara, KLCC, Brickfield, Old Klang Road), Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Puchong, Ampang, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Batu Caves, Gombak only

Outstation: Ipoh, Seremban, Penang and JB

Note: We reserve the right to reject your order and charge a payment processing fee of RM10 if the shipping address is out of our coverage area

Delivery time 送货时间

Klang Valley: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday within 12-4pm.

Outstation:

- Ipoh: Saturday

- Seremban: Thursday and Saturday

- Penang: Saturday

- JB: Thursday

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Refund policy 退款政策

We believe in our highest quality products so much that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6011 2859 6088 within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Where appropriate, we will either arrange for a replacement or a refund (subject to our discretion).

Even though we will pack your orders with ice blocks, please expect your order to be slightly (<20%) thaw upon receiving it due to extreme hot weather, unexpected congesting traffic or any factors that are not within our control.

We reserve the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute and we reserve the right to alter this policy at any time without notice.
